Foodcycles offers a variety of greens and field crops grown locally, sustainably, without the use of pesticides, fungicides and chemical fertilizer.
We also offer a variety of fresh microgreens - shoots and sprouts. We grow Pea, Daikon Radish, Sunflower, Buckwheat and Popcorn shoots for restaurants. We also grow hydroponic sprouts such as Red Cabbage, Arugula, Water Cress, Hard Wheat Berries, an Ancient Eastern Mix and a Spring Salad Mix. All shoots and sprouts are available for order 2 weeks in advance.
